Up Close is a people-driven initiative rooted in collective growth through intentional exchange. We come together to share knowledge, spotlight inspiring bodies of work and create a space where inspiration and support take centre stage.

As a platform, our ethos is centred on empowering one another in our work and crafts through various formats. We do so by operating as a connector between people, spaces and disciplines.

Our base is in Amsterdam, but our vision stretches well beyond Dutch borders. This manifests through the relationships we nurture with peers and partners, the guests and mentors we invite, as well as the locations we plan to bring our formats to.
